Electromagnetic directional valve

The electromagnetic directional control valve is a core control component in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It changes the flow direction of the oil or gas circuit by the on and off of the electromagnet, thereby controlling the movement direction of the actuator (such as hydraulic cylinders and motors).The electromagnetic directional control valve is the "switch brain" of the hydraulic/pneumatic system. 1.Valve body: It has an oil passage and a sliding cavity of the valve core inside.

2.Spool: It changes the direction of the oil passage by moving (such as two-position three-way, three-position four-way, etc.).

3.Electromagnet (Solenoid) : When powered on, it generates magnetic force to push the valve core to move (available in two types: DC (direct current) and AC (alternating current)).

4.Reset mechanism: Spring or double electromagnet design, enabling the valve core to reset after power failure.

5.Manual emergency device (optional) : The valve core can be manually operated in case of power failure.
