Marine anchor engine braking force testing tool

The marine test windlass is a specialized device for verifying the performance of a ship's mooring system. It is mainly used to simulate the ship's mooring conditions under different sea states and accurately test key parameters of the windlass, including anchor lifting speed, rated pulling force, braking performance, emergency operation function and durability. By integrating hydraulic or electric drive systems, force sensors, speed monitoring modules and data acquisition units, it can realize real-time data collection and analysis during the anchor chain hoisting and lowering process, ensuring that the windlass meets the regulatory requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and various classification societies (e.g., CCS, LR, ABS). Widely applied in the factory inspection of windlasses for newly-built ships, regular maintenance testing of windlasses on in-service ships, and performance re-inspection of windlasses after maintenance, it is an important testing equipment for ensuring the safety of ship mooring and preventing maritime mooring accidents.
